ST-QCS artificial grass one-step curly yarn extrusion line, we use double roll heating control on the air texturizing part, to reduce the water content of yarn, so as to achieve better stability, it is designed to produce high quality artificial grass.

Suitable for: It is suitable to manufacture curved yarn artificial turf by using Polypropylene ( PP ), Polyethylene ( PE ), as raw material.

High Precision Die.
Through the multi-hole flow equalization technique,using metering pump pressure tracking control system to provides quality assurance for monofilament and curved filament.
Special designed high speed thermal deformation nozzle and air heating system, high
temperature control accuracy and stable pressure during high speed operation.
It is equipped with a single-head conveyor cooling system and a single spindle automatic
tension control winding to ensure the quality of the finished yarn
